How to Use CreatorGrowthSuite

Everything you need to know about creating shows, launching campaigns, swapping promos, and growing your audience through the Creator Directory.

Getting Started

CreatorGrowthSuite is a platform for show creators and hosts to collaborate, cross-promote, and grow their audiences together. Here's how to get up and running:

1

Sign Up with Magic Link

Visit the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a magic link — no password needed. Click the link in your email to sign in instantly.
2

Set Up Your Profile

After signing in for the first time, your profile is automatically created. You'll land on the Dashboard where you can see an overview of your activity.
3

Add Your Show

Head to the Shows page and click "New Show" to register your show. Add a title, description, and any other details.
4

Start Collaborating

Create campaigns for trackable links, browse the Swap Board for cross-promo opportunities, or list yourself in the Creator Directory to be discovered.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home base. It gives you a quick overview of:

  • Your Shows — how many shows you've registered
  • Active Campaigns — campaigns currently running with trackable links
  • Total Clicks — combined clicks across all your short links
  • Active Swaps — cross-promo swaps in progress

Use the navigation bar at the top to move between different sections of the platform.

Shows & Episodes

Shows are the foundation of your presence on CreatorGrowthSuite. Each show represents a program, podcast, or content series you produce.

Creating a Show
1

Go to Shows

Click Shows in the top navigation bar.
2

Click "New Show"

Fill in your show title and description. Choose a category that best describes your content.
3

Add Episodes (Optional)

Once your show is created, you can add individual episodes with titles, descriptions, and air dates. Episodes help collaborators understand your content.

Your shows are used throughout the platform — when creating campaigns, proposing swaps, and linking to your directory listing.

Campaigns & Trackable Links

Campaigns let you create trackable short links and QR codes for any URL. Use them to measure how your cross-promotions are performing.

Creating a Campaign
1

Navigate to Campaigns

Click Campaigns in the navigation.
2

Create a New Campaign

Give your campaign a name, select which show it's for, and set an optional start/end date.
3

Generate Short Links

For each campaign, you can create multiple short links. Each link has a destination URL and a unique short code.
4

Share Links & QR Codes

Every short link automatically gets a QR code. Share the short link or QR code with your promo partners.

Short Links

Shortened URLs that redirect to your destination while tracking every click. Share them on social media, in emails, or on air.

QR Codes

Auto-generated QR codes for every short link. Perfect for on-screen graphics, print materials, or event displays.

Swap Board

Collaboration

The Swap Board is where creators propose and manage cross-promotion trades. Think of it as a handshake tracker — "I'll promote your show if you promote mine."

How Swaps Work
1

Propose a Swap

Click "New Swap" and select one of your shows (what you're offering) and another creator's show (who you want to swap with).
2

Choose the Swap Type

Pick the type of cross-promotion:
  • Social Post Swap — mention each other on social media
  • Email Mention — feature each other in emails
  • Trailer Slot — play each other's trailer on your show
  • Guest Appearance — appear on each other's shows
  • Co-Hosted Episode — produce a joint episode together
  • Newsletter Feature — dedicated spotlight in each other's newsletters
  • Story/Reel Takeover — take over each other's social stories
  • Shoutout Video — record a video recommending each other's show
  • Ad Read — read a short ad for each other's show
  • Banner/Logo Placement — feature each other's branding on your site
  • Live Stream Collab — go live together on a streaming platform
  • Joint Giveaway — run a shared giveaway across both audiences
3

The Other Creator Accepts

Once accepted, both sides can start recording their actions.
4

Record Actions with Proof

As each side follows through, they click "Add Action" and provide a proof URL (like a link to the social post). This keeps everyone accountable.
5

Complete the Swap

When both sides are done, either creator can mark the swap as completed. You can also cancel at any time.

If you find a listing that belongs to you but was imported by an admin, you can claim it by clicking the "Claim This Listing" button on the detail page (you'll need to be logged in).

Find Guests

New

The Find Guests page lets show hosts discover creators who are available to appear as guests.

Marking Yourself as Available

  • Go to My Listings → edit your listing
  • Toggle Available as a guest on other shows (free tier)
  • Add Guest Topics so hosts know what you can talk about (Plus tier and above)

Finding Guests for Your Show

  • Browse the Find Guests page and filter by category, language, or keyword
  • Click a guest card to view their full profile, topics, and details
  • Use the Request as Guest form to send them an invitation
  • Include your show name and a personal message about why you'd like them as a guest

Guest Opportunities

New

The Guest Opportunities board connects hosts looking for guests with creators ready to appear on shows. Hosts post what they're looking for, and guests pitch themselves directly.

For Hosts: Posting an Opportunity
1

Navigate to Guest Opportunities

Click Guest Opportunities in the navigation, then click Post Opportunity.
2

Fill Out the Details

Provide a title, describe the topic or theme you're seeking a guest for, select a category, and specify any requirements such as expertise or audience size.
3

Publish Your Opportunity

Once posted, your opportunity appears on the board for all creators to see. Interested guests can pitch themselves directly.
4

Review Pitches

When guests submit pitches, you'll be notified. Review each pitch, check the guest's profile, and decide who to invite onto your show.
For Guests: Pitching Yourself
1

Browse Opportunities

Visit the Guest Opportunities page to see all open opportunities from hosts.
2

Find the Right Fit

Filter by category or keyword to find opportunities that match your expertise and interests.
3

Submit Your Pitch

Click on an opportunity and write a compelling pitch explaining why you'd be a great guest. Include your relevant experience and what value you can bring to their audience.

Tip: A strong pitch is specific — mention the host's show by name, explain what unique perspective you bring, and suggest a topic angle that would resonate with their audience.

Messaging

New

The Messages page provides an in-app messaging system so you can coordinate guest appearances and collaborations without leaving the platform.

How Messaging Works
1

Start a Conversation

When you accept a guest request, respond to a pitch, or initiate contact with another creator, a conversation thread is automatically created.
2

Send Messages

Use the message input to send text messages back and forth. Discuss scheduling, topics, logistics, and any other details for your collaboration.
3

Stay Organized

All your conversations are listed in one place on the Messages page. Easily switch between threads to manage multiple collaborations.

Real-Time Threads

Messages are organized in conversation threads so you can keep track of each collaboration separately.

Host & Guest Coordination

Coordinate everything from topic prep to recording schedules — all within the platform.

Reviews & Ratings

New

After a guest appearance, both hosts and guests can leave reviews to build trust and credibility on the platform.

How Reviews Work
1

Complete a Guest Appearance

Reviews become available after a guest collaboration has been completed.
2

Leave a Rating

Rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars. Consider factors like communication, professionalism, content quality, and punctuality.
3

Write a Review

Add a written review to give more context about your experience. This helps other creators make informed decisions about future collaborations.

How Ratings Affect Your Profile

  • Average Rating — your overall star rating is displayed on your directory listing and guest profile
  • Review Count — the number of reviews you've received shows your experience level
  • Trust Signal — creators with higher ratings are more likely to be selected for guest opportunities

Tip: Always leave honest, constructive reviews. Good reviews help the community thrive, and a strong review history makes you a more attractive collaborator.

Guest One-Sheets

New

Every creator with a directory listing gets an auto-generated guest one-sheet — a professional summary page designed to be shared with potential hosts or used as a media kit.

What's on Your One-Sheet
Profile Overview — your name, bio, headshot, and show details
Guest Topics — the subjects you can speak about as a guest
Scheduling URL — a link to your calendar or booking page so hosts can easily schedule you
Video Intro — an optional short video introduction that hosts can preview before booking
Social Links & Contact — all your relevant links in one place
Accessing & Sharing Your One-Sheet
1

Find Your One-Sheet

Go to your directory listing detail page and click the View One-Sheet button, or navigate directly to /directory/your-slug/one-sheet.
2

Share the Link

Copy the one-sheet URL and share it with potential hosts, include it in pitch emails, or add it to your social media bios.
3

Print It

The one-sheet is designed to be print-friendly. Use your browser's print function to generate a clean PDF for conferences, events, or in-person networking.

Tip: Add your scheduling URL and video intro in your listing edit page to make your one-sheet stand out. Hosts love being able to quickly preview a guest and book directly.
