Everything you need to know about creating shows, launching campaigns, swapping promos, and growing your audience through the Creator Directory.
CreatorGrowthSuite is a platform for show creators and hosts to collaborate, cross-promote, and grow their audiences together. Here's how to get up and running:
The Dashboard is your home base. It gives you a quick overview of:
Use the navigation bar at the top to move between different sections of the platform.
Shows are the foundation of your presence on CreatorGrowthSuite. Each show represents a program, podcast, or content series you produce.
Your shows are used throughout the platform — when creating campaigns, proposing swaps, and linking to your directory listing.
Campaigns let you create trackable short links and QR codes for any URL. Use them to measure how your cross-promotions are performing.
Shortened URLs that redirect to your destination while tracking every click. Share them on social media, in emails, or on air.
Auto-generated QR codes for every short link. Perfect for on-screen graphics, print materials, or event displays.
The Swap Board is where creators propose and manage cross-promotion trades. Think of it as a handshake tracker — "I'll promote your show if you promote mine."
The Creator Directory is a public, searchable listing of thousands of creators, shows, and sponsors on the platform. Anyone can browse it — no login required.
If you find a listing that belongs to you but was imported by an admin, you can claim it by clicking the "Claim This Listing" button on the detail page (you'll need to be logged in).
The Find Guests page lets show hosts discover creators who are available to appear as guests.
Tip: Creators with the purple "Available as Guest" badge on their listing are ready to be booked. Guest requests are delivered to the creator's lead inbox.
The Guest Opportunities board connects hosts looking for guests with creators ready to appear on shows. Hosts post what they're looking for, and guests pitch themselves directly.
Tip: A strong pitch is specific — mention the host's show by name, explain what unique perspective you bring, and suggest a topic angle that would resonate with their audience.
The Messages page provides an in-app messaging system so you can coordinate guest appearances and collaborations without leaving the platform.
Messages are organized in conversation threads so you can keep track of each collaboration separately.
Coordinate everything from topic prep to recording schedules — all within the platform.
After a guest appearance, both hosts and guests can leave reviews to build trust and credibility on the platform.
Tip: Always leave honest, constructive reviews. Good reviews help the community thrive, and a strong review history makes you a more attractive collaborator.
Every creator with a directory listing gets an auto-generated guest one-sheet — a professional summary page designed to be shared with potential hosts or used as a media kit.
Tip: Add your scheduling URL and video intro in your listing edit page to make your one-sheet stand out. Hosts love being able to quickly preview a guest and book directly.
Once you're logged in, you can create and manage your own directory listings from the My Listings section.
Pro and Premier members get a lead capture form on their listing. Leads show up in your inbox within My Listings.
Premier members get featured at the top of their category and on the landing page for maximum visibility.
Your directory listing features depend on your subscription tier. You can start free and upgrade anytime.
To upgrade, go to Upgrade or click the upgrade button on your My Listings page. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
CreatorGrowthSuite gives you visibility into how your cross-promotions are performing.
Every short link tracks clicks automatically. View click counts per link and per campaign on the Campaigns page.
Plus tier and above see profile views and link clicks on their directory listing. Premier members get expanded analytics with more detail.
QR codes use the same short link system, so scans are counted as link clicks in your campaign analytics.
